Fitness Tip - Workout Buddy

Find a workout buddy or join a fitness community to keep you accountable and motivated. Having someone to push you and cheer you on can make all the difference in achieving your goals.

  1. Having a partner can be great, as they can help inspire you to do more than you might on an otherwise dull day. However, don't allow yourself to rely on that partner support, as oftentimes they are fleeting. Always keep in mind that your fitness journey is your own and YOU should be the primary motivator of yourself. I have trained for most of my life, sometimes seriously and sometimes just out of habit. Through all of the years one thing rings true, training partners typically quit at some point, so I have gotten used to being a one man show. Even after all of the injuries, and at the advanced age of 56, I still primarily train solo.
